Bidrage med feedbackI called ahead to inquire about the vegetarian options without cream or ghee. I chose the bhindi masala with tandoori roti, served without butter. It was delicious!
This restaurant has a dedicated vegetarian section on the menu, with many options that can be made vegan. The atmosphere is nice, the service is friendly, the prices are reasonable, and they have good social distancing practices. There is outdoor seating available on beautiful days. We enjoyed the lentil curry, eggplant curry, and tomato pancakes. We also tried the whole wheat bread with spiced potato (aloo paratha). Some of the staff may not fully understand veganism, as we were informed after ordering that the naan was not vegan, but they kindly removed it from our order. We are grateful to have this place in the city!
I visit this restaurant almost every Friday night. The staff is friendly, the decor is cool, and they have a lengthy vegetarian menu. Some dishes can be a bit oily, but they have many potato recipes that I enjoy. The chana masala was too rich for my taste, and they should clarify if a dish has cream in it or not. The menu doesn't always specify. They also offer a delicious vegan tandoori bread with a touch of sweetness. I recommend pairing it with their spicy and tangy soup. If you enjoy flavorful and spicy food, you will love it here. They even play Indian shows on TV with subtitles - it's pretty cool.
This place has a vegetarian-dedicated section on the menu, and many of them can be made vegan. this restaurant had a nice atmosphere, friendly service, reasonable prices and good social-distancing practices. on a beautiful day there is also a seat in the open. we had a great lens curry, aubergine curry and tomato pancakes. we also had a whole weizenbrot filled with spiced potato (aloo paratha.) just some of the workers understand what vegan means that we were told after the order that the naan was not vegan, and it was kindly taken out of our order. so happy to have this place in the city!
