Ruth's Chris Steak House Birmingham

Appearance fine, but unable to rate anything else since there was no room to be seated. Needed a reservation. Not surprising.

My family and I make it a tradition to have dinner at this restaurant every Christmas Eve. This year, however, was particularly special. The food is consistently delicious, but what made this year stand out was the exceptional service provided by Douglas. He was charming, efficient, and truly made our experience enjoyable. I highly recommend asking for Douglas when dining at this restaurant!

Douglas's wit and charm, combined with his excellent customer service, made the meal delightful and the overall experience wonderful.

Stopped in for a nightcap before retiring to the room. Bartender makes an excellent drink. Only thing holding me back from the 5th star is the lights above the bar. They are so offensive and forced me to sit back away from the bar rather than being close to it.

They opened the restaurant to us for a private party to celebrate a relative graduating from UAB. The service, atmosphere, and food was amazing!
