Original Pancake House - Birmingham

Wow! This trendy spot in Birmingham is an excellent choice for a delicious breakfast, especially if you're looking to avoid the usual chains. Parking can be a bit tricky, but the trick is to use the paid parking lot around the corner, located behind the Jimmy John's sandwich shop. The pancake restaurant has a small kiosk at the entrance where you enter your license plate, and they will validate your parking for two hours. Keep in mind that it can get quite busy, and my food was slightly cool when it arrived, but they quickly took care of it. I highly recommend this local gem!

I’m not gonna lie I hadn’t been here in 28 years and went last Sunday. Everything on my plate was soooo delicious! Those were the best eggs I ever had!! My bacon
