Beautiful restaurant and hotel! Stopped in for a drink and quick bite to eat in the morning and was impressed! The food was delicious and staff were great. Sat at the bar, so I can?t wait to dine inside and get the full experience!

Hot spot to be seen in a beautiful hotel. Chic and stylish! Great food and busy bar with live music. It feels like you could be in any big city in the world!

I was excited that the team behind the Apparatus room manage Madam. Sadly, from atmosphere to food, they are a world away from the Apparatus room. The food experimental, pretentious and over-imagined. The atmosphere, a grey industrial dystopia. Glad to have competition to the stuffy Rugby Grille.

Our server, L, was outstanding. Service was over the top. She did everything perfect for us. Food was creative, delicious, though not as good as our last visit. Squid pasta the best.

I went in Sept 2022 and the food was TOP. It was in line with a upscale restaurant: beautiful, delicious dishes cooked perfectly. Not sure what happened but I went in Jan 2024 and the food was mediocre at best. My pasta was brought out hard and crusty on top, not in an intentional way, just as if the plate had been abandoned under the warmer for an hour before bringing it out. Was not good at all. Scallops were mediocre and not great. Such a shame because it's a beautiful restaurant. Cocktails were fantastic. Note they are renovating the actual restaurant so the seating for the restaurant is in the hotel lobby, which is still nice ambience. The service is still amazing (10/10). Will not be returning to the actual restaurant unless I find out the chefs are different, it was such a disappointment. Will return for drinks at their beautiful bar though.
