Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

I have been wanting to try this restaurant for a long time! It did not meet my high expectations...

Service: The staff is pleasant, calm, and accommodating, ready to assist you if you ask politely without any sense of rush. Atmosphere: The restaurant is vibrant and nostalgic with red décor reminiscent of old school diners. Freddy really captured the essence of the past, right down to the checkered floor resembling a chessboard. Food: A must-try is their exclusive steakburgers, such as the jalapeno double burger with cheese and steak that is rich and flavorful. Their spicy chicken sandwich packs a punch that may even make you feel like a chicken. Though the fries are small, they come with a delicious sauce. And the PB and J sundae is a treat you'd expect to find at an ice cream parlor.

I recently visited this restaurant for the first time and had a pleasant experience. The grilled chicken sandwich was slightly undercooked, but still tasty. The staff was friendly, although it seemed like one of them (a young black female) was handling multiple responsibilities including the drive-thru, front counter, and making desserts. This may be a staffing issue that the company needs to address. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant with a thumbs up.

Everyone of the employees have **** poor attitudes.

Burgers were great except I paid for bacon, didn’t get it and didn’t know til I got home. Bought a large cheese fry, definitely didn’t have enough cheese and they were extremely hard.
