The food was excellent. I ordered for a group, and all the meals were well-prepared with nice presentation. The BBQ was tender and flavorful, the beans were delicious, and the buns were fresh. The service was traditional and friendly. It was my first visit to this area in years, and I'm glad I remembered it. I knew it had a good reputation. Some things never change when you visit for the first time. Keep up the great work, stay blessed, and thanks to the Father. Roll Tide! You're about 50 miles from my home, but we’ll be back soon.

Deerman's Barbeque is the ultimate spot for delicious barbeque and soul food. It's my go-to restaurant for Sunday dinner. I always order the rib plate (which comes with four meaty bones) along with two sides and some cornbread muffins. I typically choose the roasted okra, which is cooked to perfection, and butter beans that remind me of the way my mom used to make them. Absolutely delicious!

Since I was a little girl, I've been going to Deerman's BBQ. My family and I used to enjoy eating here after church on Sundays. However, since they moved to their current location, the food has not been the same. I was very disappointed with my experience today. I went through the drive-thru a little after 11:00 and ordered the special: Hamburger Steak with gravy and onions, along with two sides and bread. The person taking my order seemed confused; I had to repeat myself multiple times, and when I got to the window, I had to repeat my order again! I also asked about a piece of Coca-Cola cake, but the lady had no idea what I was talking about, even though it’s listed on the menu! It’s really important for the staff to be knowledgeable about the menu selections. Clearly, she needs better training. I requested some Tabasco sauce, but it was never included with my order. To make matters worse, my food was at room temperature—definitely not fresh—and my sweet tea was very watered down. I ended up spending $18 on a poorly prepared meal.

I visit this restaurant quite frequently with my five daughters, and I absolutely love it. The place is always very clean, and the food is perfect. I can't help but wonder if I should make it my regular spot! #TheTwinsMom

I found the chicken and beef brisket to be incredibly dry, making it almost impossible to eat. It was an expensive meal that I couldn't enjoy at all. The highlight of my visit was definitely the waitress; she was great. Unfortunately, my neighbors at another table ended up with food poisoning. I cannot recommend this restaurant.
