Chick-fil-a - Birmingham

Rude employees waited over 20 minutes for bad food soggy. When I questioned the order because we needed the left off pickles. They got very rude. I walked off and went back to table to eat. We were almost done the manager came over and was rude again. At that point we were over it. They were trying to start an argument. We are at a hospital with our son in serious condition. How awful you can be to someone. Will never eat at a this stupid fast food nightmare again.

The manager is very rude and nasty to employees I quit this job because of that and now there are refusing to give me my check, never work here its not worth the waste of time.

GET BETTER EMPLOYEES. They're suppose to close at 10 and literally closed early ALL THE TIME. That is crazy man.. especially for people who are working nights depending on them. If you don't feel like working , please get another job PLEASE.
