Carlile’s Barbecue - Birmingham

Delicious food and excellent service! I enjoyed a classic cheeseburger, onion rings, and potato salad. I'm eager to return and explore more of the menu!

This is my favorite BBQ spot in Birmingham. I have to stop by every time I'm home. Their turkey sandwich with white sauce, fried okra, and green beans are simply delicious. Bless your hearts!

I had an amazing BBQ sandwich—definitely the best in town! I met up with some old friends in a lovely private room at the back, and the service was fantastic. If you find yourself in Birmingham, you absolutely have to stop by here. The fried okra was also excellent!

My Uncle Jimmy and I eat here together often. The food is always outstanding, and the servers and cooks are so friendly. You'll be hard pressed to find better BBQ, and the peach cobbler is top notch, as are the fresh cut fries. The building doesn't look like much from the outside, but that's often true of the best places. You won't regret a meal spent here.

Carlile’s is consistently an excellent spot for lunch. If you're a fan of barbecue, this is a must-visit. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food quality is always reliable. It's a hidden treasure located in the heart of Birmingham. Their fried pickles and BBQ chicken sandwich are both fantastic! I highly recommend it!
