Island Pizza - Birdsboro

I had a sandwich that was good. Server was friendly. The atmosphere is beautiful. Only reason for 1 star were the Pommes frozen and not even good frozen pommes. Not sure why restaurants do not use real potatoes and cut fresh. That makes the difference. Fries are one of the most important elements on a menu. It is cheaper to use real pommes anyway. My friend has a very nice meal that I helped many times.

Wonderful place to get something else than a pizza. A tuna wrap with salad, tomatoes and cheese with their special Hoagie sauce ordered. It was gggreat.

I got a pizza yesterday. It was terrible! The oven was dirty and the crust had the consistency of cardboard. It was almost $20, not cheap. I called and asked me to talk to a manager was suspended. I called back and spoke to the person waiting for me. She said she would pass the message. With the price of food these days, I can't afford to throw away $20. It was infallible and I threw it out. I'm angry.

Wings tasted like old chicken, seasoned Bland. The shrimp Wasabi balls were amazing, but for the price they could charge less or give you at least 2 more.

Usually this place is good but tonight I ordered a cheesesteak with onions. I got a cheesesteak hoagie instead. Yuck. Who wants Mayo and tomato?s on a cheesesteak. I sure don?t. Nothing turns my stomach like hot Mayo. It?ll be a long time before I go back if ever. It shouldn?t be that hard to take a sandwich order over the phone but more and more places seem to have trouble with this simple task.
