Dunkin' - Birch Run

I came today through the drive Drui, 12/9, at about 3:30-3:45 and my Bagel bites were frozen. After waiting for at least 10 minutes and getting frozen food, I am very disappointed to say the least. definitely not be back.

Disappointed with their handling of drive through customer line... very slow service had to wait in for the order too long even though there weren?t many cars in the line. This kind of service defeats the drive through.

Don't go here for coffee drinks. I went here for a late and they forgot the shot of espresso. When I told them about the mistake they said we didn't charge you full price, no refund and no new drink. I didnt go back for a long time. Until today, again wanted a late. It came cold, despite asking for it hot. They remake it and it was one size smaller than what was paid for and given to me at room temperature, not hot. Learn how to make cofee drinks and better customer service!

I really appreciate this crew! They are very professional, they make a great quality product (coffee, donuts, bagel sandwiches), they present themselves as hometown people who care. ?

Brand new in Birch Run, MI! Clean facilities. Friendly staff and efficient service on a Saturday morning! Fresh Dunks donuts and ice coffee were spot on!
