Southern Tier Cheesesteak Company

The owner is the nicest guy ever. I had a cheesesteak and fries. Everything was hot and fresh and I didn't have to wait long at all. He even gave me some Boss Sauce for dipping my fries. The food was delicious, well seasoned and cooked perfectly. $12 for a fresh sandwich and fries was a deal to me as prices have gone up on everything these days. I'm going back soon to try some other things, but I'm sure the cheesesteak will be my favorite. The restaurant is clean and looks great. I recommend going, I was pleased!

Terribly disappointing. Sandwiches are the bare minimum, bitter and burnt (yet we waited a while). Won’t be returning and I suggest you don’t eitherKid-friendliness: Sandwiches came with pickles sauce and onions- we ordered them plain.

I've been here several times. It's an undervalued place. The food is awesome every time I've been. The service is good and the food comes out quick. Both provolone and cheese whiz style cheese steaks. I hope this place is here for years to come. Sometimes you need a good cheese steak.Food: 5/5

The situation was not a huge deal but how Southern Tier Cheesesteak Co. handled it was. We ordered food from them for the first time on Saturday. My fiancé and I ordered a small cheesesteak, a large cheesesteak and 2 fries. I had surgery Friday and was home resting (hence ordering out from someplace new). We had the food delivered by Grub hub or one of those outfits. When it arrived we only received one order of fries. So we called them and guy took down our number and said he would look into it. Two days have passed and nobody ever bothered to call us back. I know it seems petty to give a bad review over something so little but we paid for product that was never received. And to compound the matter the business DID NOT even care about making it right. No credit, refund or sending us the missing item...not even a follow up call with an apology. Guess we will not be giving them any repeat business. It's a shame too because the food was actually good and the lost future business over an order of fries!

First Impressions are everything and this one was great. Only negative of my experience is the indoors it was a little dark and lack luster however was clean and in good shape inside. The Gentleman at the counter was friendly and attentive and did not take long to make the fresh order. The sub was delicious and their hot peppers have some nice spice. Great roll with tender and tasty cheesesteak inside and a fair size sub. People complain about price but the reality is you will pay that anywhere now. I Would definitely go back or recommend to other people.
