Midtown Cafe - Binghamton

I began my meal with the Hungarian goulash soup, which had a unique flavor but was quite tasty. My wife opted for the Turkey Dumpling soup, and she enjoyed it. I ordered the Porky Panini, essentially an enhanced BLT, and it was delicious. My wife chose the Chenango Panini, similar to a Turkey Club with Cheese, and she found it very satisfying. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant was clean. The only downside was the ventilation; the aromas of the food lingered, and we both left smelling like the restaurant.

I really enjoy getting my coffee here. The service is fast and efficient, and the coffee tastes better than Dunkin'. They also have the best bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches. I highly recommend Alexander's Cafe to anyone looking for a great cafe or a nice spot to take your partner for lunch.

They continually check in to see if there's anything they can do to enhance your experience, and it really makes a difference. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it perfect for both working and enjoying a nice lunch on a rainy Friday. The food is delicious, and there’s a wide array of options to choose from. I highly recommend trying 'The Know,' especially if you're vegetarian (although I'm not, it's still my favorite!). The next time you're in Binghamton and in search of a great lunch spot, make sure to visit Alexander's.

I was at their shop on a late Saturday afternoon. I hadn't planned on stopping by, but I was quite hungry. It seems like a great place to have a meal and a cup of coffee with friends. Unfortunately these were covid times, so I opted for take out. The dining room seems to be open for limited seating and they also have tables outside. The menu options include salads, paninis and baked goods apart from beverages- hot and cold (they have smoothies . The paninis are around $10-12 and salads range from $5-9 depending on the size. They also have wraps and a few other sides. I ordered the Chicken Scorcher- it had grilled chicken, veg, mozzarella and jalapenos. The service was quick, the cashier was polite and friendly and the sandwich was delicious!! It was quite filling, I only managed to finish half. I also got a chocolate muffin from them, which ended as breakfast for the next day. It was great with coffee. Will definitely go back again :

Great lunch food and amazing desserts! The lunch and breakfast stuff is standard cafe fare but they have some really unique options for desserts like turtle pie, cookies and cream pie, etc, and a nice variety of flavoured milkshakes. The staff is really nice.
