Mcdonald's - Biloxi

Gates to base were closed and my kids were tired of waiting so I hunkered down at this McDonald's during the storm today. Had a great meal. An employee held my baby and chatted for a minute. The man working there held an umbrella for me and walked us out to my vehicle so I can get my two kids put inside. Outstanding people working at this McDonald's. Thank you!

This is such a convenient place for lunch when I work Saturday in Biloxi! I think they have a great team of people, I never had to wait very long for my food, and everything has tasted so far good and fresh!

We have had good experiences at this location. They are busier than most locations and handle it well. They don't forget items and the food is fresh!

Went here to grab a quick bite. Lady at the front counter didn't even let us finish ordering before she told us our total already. Didn't get the drink right. She clearly wasn't listening. Waited for our food for 20 minutes. Hash browns were cold. Breakfast burritos were cold. Went to use the women's restroom, one stall was covered in coffee on the floor that they didn't even bother cleaning up. The other stall had no toilet paper so I had to go to the messy stall just to get some. Staff is lazy except one guy who was actually cleaning the floor other than that they all stood around talking. Would not go back.

I am not really sure how McDonald's stays in business. Oh, wait yeah I do it is the only place where you can still get something to eat for less than two bucks. Overall McDonald's sets the bar very low. This place does little to rise above that. They did get my order correct on the first try. For this chain that is the best, you can hope for.
