Margaritaville Restaurant - Biloxi

I made a reservation for my son and I, as we were celebrating a special occasion. The hostess was amazing very sweet and courteous. However, while my server, Kylie, was very nice, my drink order was messed up, our appetizer came out AFTER our entrees did... my son's order was completely messed up, and we were never once offered dessert, which was what I was truly looking forward to. Our server just came by and put down the bill. At that point, I was ready to leave.

Made reservations for 10 to celebrate my daughters 22nd bday. There was nothing telling us the restaurant was on the 5th floor there was only 1 elevator. They changed their entire menu so the whole reason we went there was no longer an option. I ordered 2 drinks, a perfect margarita a Bahama mama.. they were awful, barely drinkable due to their tasting of, what I imagine diesel fuel tastes like. The food took 2 hrs to be served it was mediocre to put it nicely. This was our first time coming to the Biloxi location, and our last. For the amount of money I paid, I would have been better off just actually gambling elsewhere. It was a complete waste of money. Nobody was happy with their food. Our waitress was great, she did the best she could with our party lack of food coming out in a timely manner. Had they been busy, I would have understood, however they were definitely not packed. We didn’t even need a reservation. I’ve been to Margaritaville in Pigeon Forge Destin, they were always on point. Apparently the Biloxi location is the only one that changed their menu upon reopening also. I would not recommend this place for the food or drinks. I will return for the arcade water park but that’s it. We didn’t even get to enjoy the arcade. They closed at 9 pm well it took 2 hrs to just get our food. Reservation was at 7pm. We didn’t leave until after 10 pm. Disappointing is an understatement.

We sat at a high peak near the bar. They usually get the bartender as server and they are always fun.

I took my wife here for her birthday and we were extremely disappointed. The food was mediocre at best and the service was terrible. Half of the games in the arcade were not working. The only highlight of the evening was the live music. We definitely will not be returning.
