While the service was very good, eating was very disappointing. He was tasteless and on the edge of the undercook. I couldn't eat big bills for meals. fried reis also tasted fishy.

Nick was an awesome Hibachi chef! Very engaging and fun. The food was absolutely delicious! We will definitely be back!

We always include a dinner at Jia each and every time we visit the Beau Rivage. Mihn is our requested chef and he is always GREAT! Thank you Mihn! Jia is the best of the dining options at the Beau Rivage although others are good as well!

We stay quite often. We like Minh the cook and the service is great!!!

Good Habachi restaurant. We ate there on a Wednesday night, and it was quiet, so the three of us had our own show. I have been to many of these restaurants over the years, and the shows by the chefs are the same. We were seated in the back of the restaurant on a cold evening. It was freezing! Try to avoid. Also avoid the chicken. It was dry, and tasteless. Salmon, and the filet was very good. Rarely saw the waitress. Ended up tipping the chef 20%, and the waitress another 10%.
