I really enjoy their cheesesteaks, but I had a disappointing experience with customer service today. I arrived at around 4:45 PM, and the woman who took my order was quite rude and uninviting. While taking my order, she chewed gum and blew bubbles, which was distracting. To make matters worse, she interrupted me in the middle of my order to turn away and start pulling out fries, leaving me talking without any response. I'm usually not overly picky, but it's frustrating to spend your money at a place that doesn’t seem to train its staff properly. I hope this issue gets addressed.

THIS IS ON A MILITARY BASE SO IF YOU'RE NOT IN THE MILITARY DO NOT GO-YOU CAN'T GET IN! We were in the area and this place sounded good. Once we got there we were turned around

Workers were more concerned with joking and talking to eachother than moving with any kind of urgency to help the growing line of customers. Lady working front counter seemed very checked out, sad because I loved the Charlies back home
