The waitresses were friendly, the hamburgers were excellent, and the Cosmopolitan was great on a beautiful patio on a summer evening. Absolutely fabulous!
There are limited late-night dining choices in Niagara Falls and Lewiston as of mid-July during COVID, but Cask & Cow does offer a bar menu at the very least.
