Bidrage med feedbackWe went to subway and it was terrible. The service was not good and they did not even know what to do. It took forever like 30 min just to order our food and the bread was dry and they did not tell us the kids meals did not come with a drink and chips it was a up charge but at a different subway it was no up charge for it and she did not even loook happy and was mean and started doing other things. If u are here then go but if there is one down the street I would choose the other one.
We stopped here with no people in front of us in line. There were two workers behind the counter that looked at us clearly not eager to wait on us. One left, so Paula waited on us. She literally asked “what do you want?” rather than how can I help you. She could barely cut the bread, actually ripping it to get it open. Plus, she was pushing on my bread as if giving it CPR chest compressions. I got a foot long with cheese and ham only (very simple). She asked me what I ordered again as soon as she got my bread out. She could hardly get the cheese apart to put it on my sandwich. Watching this be made literally took 4 minutes. She also, was just plain rude when asking if we wanted sauce. I said no, then she replied “you don’t want any sauce” looking at me in disbelief like I couldn’t get no sauce like I wanted. Subway literally advertises that you can get whatever you want. She also, did not even cut my sandwich in half. I had to rip it in two when I got to the car so I wasn’t holding the entire footling while I was eating. Really just lacked focus to remember my two orders and was not very friendly. Also, I noticed that this subway was in a smaller space than regular subways. This must limit what is available for customers because there were no baked lays BBQ chips, nor creamy sriracha sauce. We were also not impressed with the lettuce that was in the container to serve. It looked old and dry, not the kind of lettuce you look forward to eating on a sandwich. Also, a girl that was with us, politely asked if tuna was available, the two younger girls looked at each other and laughed as a stated before, not very friendly. Employees should be welcoming and polite to customers. The #1 priority to any job should be fulfilling customer needs and satisfaction. By the time we were done ordering, we actually saw 3 different employees on shift. Knowing that they could’ve helped to not make our order time 10 minutes would have made us much more satisfied customers. The two men behind us waited 15 minutes to be helped because only 1 person was taking orders, making sandwiches, and running the register. Not very satisfied and will not be coming back.
Love this Subway! Good service on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights!
The guy that works there at the time of opening is GREAT! He 's courteous and does his job very well!My only complaint at this particular Subway is they don 't offer 'croutons '!
I love coming here for the dog park. It was all lit in christmas lights making it extra special for the holidays. I purchased a peanut buster parfait and both of my dogs each got what they call a pup cup for free. It was vanilla ice cream cup topped with doggie treats. Such a nice thing to do for our 4 legged friends. Stopping here was a great experience.
