Starbucks - Billings

Like everyone else died, but the children who work here are great. they make a fantastic job to make the drinks and all have so great personalities. great opportunity to start every day.

I go quite often, staff are always pleasant and the breakfast sandwiches are awesome

Friendliest Starbucks in Billings. And they are open pretty regular hours. Disappointed about other Starbucks. Close early, open late and some rude employees. Don't know how the other locations stay open. That's right the mall one isn't open at all now.

This Starbucks is generally my favorite in town. They are the nicest and honestly my coffee always tastes best here. Today I ordered an apple crisp Macchiato. I get it often and usually you can see the apple crisp syrup sitting in the bottom. When I asked about it I was told they probably just mixed it up and sent me on my way...however even when you mix it the syrup usually settles back down. I get home and there is absolutely no flavoring in it. 100% didn't get apple crisp in there. I called to get it fixed as I wasted my money on something I didn't order. The lady told me she herself made it and said sorry it's not enough flavor for you. I get this drink almost daily so I can tell it wasn't made right. Was basically told tough luck. Guess that's what u get for spending almost $6 on a coffee.

We went to the Starbucks because they opened the earliest out of all of the locations in billings, and I'm very glad we did because we had a great experience. The baristas were so friendly and knowledgeable. My nitro cold brew was delicious as always, and my friend and I enjoyed working here for a few hours. Very clean bathrooms and modern furniture.
