Came one day through the drive and it was literally dookie on the window in the drive through absolutely careless and disgusting.

First, these young are never on a consistent basis by low staff. if they are open, it's always an adventurous, but this last visit could only be my last visit. we ordered a family meal of 8 pieces plus potatoes and mac and cheese. they were from mac and cheese and I had to fight with the writer to get another replacement. we did not get our sauces and were accused of stealing them. two chicken pieces were so overcooked that they were not edible, but at this point I did not go back to the counter. no manager, bathroom was dirty. just terrible.

After the command was wrong, I spoke to the manager because the worker at the switch said that I didn't ring it, even though he actually helped the guy who rang it. the manager was great. the order was fixed and was really nice about it. mistakes do not happen biggie. After waiting patiently to get the food, I said thank you and went home. After I pulled out that huh, that spicy huh was the worst thing I saw. close to dark brown and dry, you could say that it is either cooked or sitting for too long. I have to say about boiled because they fight to maintain with a sudden incitement of commanding and a particularly evil customer who thought it was ok to cuddle at a young lady. (shame on youde. inacceptable, no matter how long you waited and she should have thrown you out.) even though she treated everything like a boss. I wish that was better.

Difficult, it was said that it would be 16 minutes because they had to cook bones in huhn, thought to be cool fresh not recognized that after my order it still another 5 minutes before the guy actually asked it and dropped it into the fat, not a big thing waiting 21 minutes, forgot it home was dry, over boiled and evil.

Zero stars. Waiting in line 10 minutes before being able to order followed by close to another 20 minute wait to pay. We had to confirm our order with 3 employees only after another 15 minutes before an employee requested that we pull forward because they had yet to prepare our order. This of course was compounded by the vehicle in front of us (which had already left) coming back to pickup missing items from their order.
