Bidrage med feedbackI ordered a 9-piece meal consisting of breasts and wings, but when we got home, we only received 8 wings and a leg for $18. When we returned to the restaurant to resolve the issue, the young manager—clearly fresh out of high school—told us there was nothing she could do and then vanished into the back for 15 minutes. She only came out when the police arrived because she called them, even though we were not being loud or disruptive at all. When I asked for the name of her supervisor or manager, she could only provide the first name Nick and a phone number that led directly to an answering service (what a surprise). While we were waiting, three other customers mentioned that they had experienced the same issue and had only returned to try the new chicken. It's clear that they have no regard for customer service and poor customer relations are a standard practice for them. We won’t be going back.
The location is extremely convenient, and they are always available for a quick visit during my lunch break.
The service was quick, and their new spicy chicken and fries are fantastic. However, if you're not a fan of pickles, I recommend asking them to leave them out. There were pickles on mine, which I realized I don't enjoy, but it was still delicious!
I had the worst experience ever! The chicken was overcooked, and the biscuits were undercooked. Additionally, the restrooms were dirty and had a terrible odor.
We typically visit this restaurant and encounter at least one issue each time. I'm not sure why they extended their hours until 10 PM if they can't get orders right. I'm also seriously allergic to dairy, and despite requesting my potato bowl without cheese, it arrived with cheese anyway. I often feel overwhelmed, but this is just unacceptable.
