I forgot my buffalo sauce for chicken pliers. Fries were also cold and Lady was unprofessional, laughing and distracted while I took my order. Disappointed.

Place's a joke. Quite sure that the gal on the drive thru loudspeaker was hit, forget to pack half the order. Wrong drinks. Somewhere else for fast food.

I ordered through door dash and my food wasn't sealed that was problem in its own not to mention the burgers were rock hard and everything else i had ordered was cold to touch and i suppose that can be somewhat expected from a door dash but even that wasn't the issue it was the concern of this store serving rock hard food unsealed through door dash and reading the reviews it not much better to go in store there is honestly no point in ordering from here you get wrong orders, cold food, rock hard food, and if you read the complaint chat on their corporate website it gets worse this is ridiculous service and I'm sad to see it. I sorted everything out with door dash but it is a serious issue to not have your food sealed when ordering through doordash or anything of similar nature.

If your dining room is closed and they have closed the doors, please put at least one shield on the door. It doesn't make fun to get a small child in and out of a vehicle in windy, underfrost temperatures only to find out that their door is closed.

I went through the drive-thru to order a cup of water for my dog before heading to the park. Unfortunately, the worker informed me that they were out of water. I mentioned that would be fine and asked if I could just get some water in a cup. She said that was doable, but then asked if I would like to order something else. I said no, and she told me that they don’t just give away water — you have to order something. I would have happily purchased the water if that were an option. I'm not sure about the restaurant's policies, but I've never encountered this at any other place, even those with stricter rules. I won't be returning to this location again.
