Five Guys - Billings

Waited 20 minutes for a burger and pommes online order only to open the bag on the parking space and place everything on the floor. $20. not my day. order them personally and ask them for a bigger bag. shake was good.

The burgers are very tasty for “fast food”. the fries, while limp and something soggy more then beautiful and crispy has also good taste. simple fried potato with a hauch salt. the 3 star rating is aimed at the staff yesterday. when they wrapped my double cheese, they smashed it pretty well what left me with more meat salad, then a hamburger. although it was a delicious meat salad. I think I'm staying at hot sandwiches from jersey bakes right next door, where I can watch my meal is treated.

I have to say I was really impressed by my visit today. The staff seemed genuinely happy to be there, and they even joked around with me while I placed my order. I truly appreciated it! Great job!

Fresh burger, tasty fries (with malt vinegar!) and many tasty aromas of milk shakes, like erdnussbutter. love this place! food: 5/5

The food itself was great. FiveGuys here does a great job and their employees are all polite and work hard. This review is being left solely because their website only has an 800 number to call if a customer wishes to leave a comment. The child of the manager on duty spent our entire experience in the restaurant running around in and out of the back room and the lobby. She followed an employee around and ordered her about while the employee worked. I 'm sorry, but that worker isn 't paid to babysit your ill mannered child. At one point she ran into the back and returned with an apron, which she attempted to wear while helping her victim work. She also stood on a chair and destroyed one of the displays they have on the wall, reconstructing it to her new design. Unless Five Guys would like to pay their workers a daycare worker 's wage on top of their regular wage, the manager 's child should be either well-behaved or absent.
