Chipotle Mexican Grill - Billings

Ordered through door dash. It was cold, and I know it wasn't the drivers fault cause he was quick. One my tacos had no meat, the rest were a sloppy mess and missing my fajita veggies. I get that it's close to closing but if you can't deliver a quality product at the end of the day then maybe you should shut down deliveries earlier. I had part of one taco and threw the rest away and ate bowl of Chex and a leftover wedge salad from outback. My wife's meal wasn't much better. I feel bad for the drivers having to be the middle man in these types of situations.

Ordered by door apron. it was cold, and I know that it wasn't the driver's fault because he was fast. one of my tacos had no flesh, the rest was a slutty chaos and missed my Fajita vans. I understand that it is close, but if they can't deliver a quality product at the end of the day, then maybe they should shut down the deliveries earlier. I feel bad for the drivers who need to be in these situations the middle man.

They made us order through the app when we were in person they let a whole big group go through and our food took even longer then the whole group then when I got my food my queso was not filled even half way and they good the meat in my food wrong and the rice was not cooked at all

Quicker to go to the moon than downloading the app, updating, and ordering.No kiosk available to place order nor laptop to create an account. Discrimination against people who don't have smartphones, have vision impairment, or cash.

I would like to commend the two staff working the evening of 8/24 who helped me fix an issue I had with my DoorDash order when I was very frazzled after driving 12 hours to Billings. I believe it was the manager/supervisor and the cashier who helped me. They quickly and pleasantly addressed my issue and though it was my fault they told me not to worry about it and made me feel less dumb. I was so exhausted and fried but my interaction with them made my night 100x better and I actually cried in my car afterward because they were so nice (silly, I know). Seriously, thank you both for being so warm, friendly and accommodating.
