Bullman's Wood Fired Pizza - Billings

I discovered this pizza spot while spending the night in Billings, and I was simply craving pizza and salad. We opted for a large pepperoni pizza along with four salads. Everyone enjoyed their meal, though I completely forgot to snap any pictures because I was so hungry! The side salad was a generous portion, featuring mixed greens with cucumbers, tomatoes, croutons, and a variety of dressings to choose from. The pizza was well-topped, and the crust was fantastic, offering a delightful crunch at the end.

I had higher expectations for this restaurant. The salad had very little lettuce and too many toppings, with the dressing spilling everywhere before I could even pour it on. My pizza order was wrong, despite me repeating it to the server twice and her confirming it back to me. It was clear that the oven hadn’t been cleaned properly, as burnt green peppers were stuck to the bottom of my pizza. The edges were completely burnt, while the center was undercooked. The food seemed rushed, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy at the time. I'm not sure if I would consider coming back.

The restaurant was impressively clean, with a keen attention to detail, and the service was very quick. The selection of beers was excellent, and overall, the quality of our pizza was outstanding! It was cooked to perfection, and we will definitely be returning! Thank you, Bullman's, for making our quick stop just right!

This place looked good and smelled good but when we stopped in, we couldn't get service and left.

My boyfriend and I went recently. The pizza was good. I would have preferred different offerings. My first choice did not have red sauce but it had tomatoes. Unfortunately, the menu description did not mention sauerkraut yuck! So I switched to a different pizza. The 12 is good for one person not two. So, I was still hungry.
