Bullman's Wood Fired Pizza - Billings

We arrived at 6:50 to close up for the night. The sign on the door indicated that they close at 8, and we noticed at least five tables occupied by customers enjoying their pizza. When we knocked, a staff member just stared at us. How odd is that? We won't be returning.

Amazing pizza! I've come across a few reviews that mentioned the pizza being burned or overcooked, but since it's wood-fired, that can happen naturally, and to me, it's part of the unique flavor and character of wood-fired pizza. The staff was really friendly. We were just passing through, but if I'm ever in town again, this will be my first stop!

The pizza was outstanding, but I must highlight that the service was incredible. Despite the restaurant being busy with many occupied tables, our server was attentive and efficient. I’m not sure how she managed it, but we hardly waited at all, and everyone else seemed to be well taken care of too. There were no mistakes, just satisfied customers all around. And the pizza was truly fantastic!

We enjoyed it. That was good. The taste and texture of the crust were great by the way it was cooked. The toppings seemed to be of decent quality. The dining room was nothing special. I would surely go back (after I try all the other pizza places in the area).

This place is great. Well traveling here over a weekend from Los Angeles, a family member wanted us to come have pizza and while we?re we were surprised at how great it was. Good service too!
