I've been getting takeaway and going in the restaurant of this Chinese for literally decades! This place has got to be one of the best in Teesside. I've tried so many dishes and none of them have disappointed. I'm craving their sweet and sour Cantonese style as I write this! They also have a small bar if you're eating in the restaurant, with a range of beer, lager, wines and spirits. It really is a great place to eat.. Thank you and keep up the good work Li Wah!

I eat from this restaurant on a regular basis. Friday nights mostly, beef chowmein and prawn toast .

This restaurant in Billingham is a longstanding establishment known for its delicious and affordable food. The owner shared that they have been in business for 50 years! When we visited for lunch on a Saturday, there were only 4 other tables occupied, creating a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. The lunch menu offers great value with 3 courses for only 6.50. My parents enjoyed the soup of the day (minestrone with a bread roll), beef with vegetables, battered prawns and chips, and ice cream with pineapple for dessert. I opted for the Peking beef from the regular menu, which was not battered or crispy, served with chips. We also had tea to drink. The service was excellent and the final bill was very reasonable. I highly recommend stopping by for a laid-back weekend lunch and supporting this local gem.
