Downham Hall - Billericay

We went for the afternoon tee, the greeting of adrian and the service he had provided were excellent sandwiches and cakes were fresh and tasty, and plentiful, tee was up, if and if necessary with a good choice and the opportunity to try different types.

Lovely setting with Lovely food. We booked for afternoon tea and were greeted warmly on our arrival. We had a nice table by the window with great views over the surrounding countryside. The afternoon tea was presented very well with fresh home produced products that all had a little twist on the normal food. Tea was plentiful and refilled as requested and we were full at the end and could not eat it all. The home made macaroons where delicious and a real treat. Highly recommend a visit and we will be going back for lunch or dinner.

Very friendly staff couldn’t do enough for us. Even gave us complementary Prosecco for my birthday. Would definitely recommend to friends.
