Prime rib is fantastic when you can actually get it. Last night, we arrived at 5:30 PM, and unfortunately, they were out. This has happened to us three times in the past five weeks, so yesterday we decided to go to Garrison's instead. They had plenty of prime rib available, and it was delicious.
