Mcdonald's - Billerica

I stopped by for a large unsweetened iced tea. They quickly prepared it for me, and as I always do, I tasted it before leaving. Unfortunately, it turned out to be sweet tea. As a diabetic, this could have been an issue. I brought the mix-up to their attention, and while I wasn't angry, they promptly replaced it with the correct unsweetened tea and offered it to me for free. I appreciated their response, even though I didn't sample the food. Overall, this experience showcased excellent customer service, and the restaurant itself was clean, including the restroom.

I have an unhealthy affinity for this restaurant; it's fantastic! The parking situation isn't ideal, but the drive-thru is incredibly quick and convenient.

At 12:00, they allow you to purchase 10 bags of apple slices, which I suppose says a lot about them.
