Jade Pacific - Billerica

I am not sure what is happening at this restaurant, but it seems like they are trying to take over the business. They no longer have physical menus and only use paper slips, even for dipping sauces. These slips are the same as the menus scanned into a PDF on their website. When my wife and I visited, we were told we could only order large portions of everything for dining in, but could order small or large portions for takeout. This policy did not make sense to us. Eventually, a manager made an exception and allowed us to order individual items. Overall, it was a bad experience with terrible service, and the restaurant was nearly empty with only us and one other party of two. This was not a typical experience at Jade.

The food was good, but it doesn't feel like Boston here. It's too pricey and the combination plate doesn't come with any appetizers, so you have to order a large portion of everything. Think twice before coming back!

I recently picked up an order from this restaurant and witnessed a woman causing a scene due to a miscommunication with one of the hostesses. However, another hostess and a waiter handled the situation with grace and were able to resolve the issue for the woman. I was impressed by their calm and collected demeanor, making it clear that the customer service at this establishment is excellent. Not only that, but the food quality and prices are also great.

I've been here for years. the best in the opposite by far and even better, since they were recently reopened.

Amazing food, really authentic. I have been in china for 3 years and tasted like i was there. The owners are also very nice i will go there again in the next days
