Subway - Biggleswade

My food was ordered on Just Eat and took 2 hours 10 to arrive. I ordered a salad box which had clearly been handled sideways as the salad was all squished on one side of the box with sauce leaking out of the side. Will never order from here again! Shocking! Probably best you don't go for delivery, ordered at 12.30 it's now 15.20 and still waiting, this after they raised the delivery charge. Very poor Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Service: 1

Normally I absolutely love subway but recently I have been so disappointed. Ordering online they already have ridiculously long delivery times, but on top of that the food is always late, then cold and soggy and they NEVER, EVER answer the phone to be able to find out where your food is or deal with any complaints! So beyond disappointed. Meal type: Lunch

Waited 2 hours for delivery. Called twice and we were met with a really rude member of staff on the phone each time. An hour in we called and were told they were still preparing the food, second time half an hour later we were told it had just left them to be delivered. Guy on the phone said there 's nothing we can do as we just make the food, not deliver it which wasn 't the point! We ended up calling Uber to cancel as had enough of waiting. Terrible service.

Very good service. Food was very tasty and the staff were very accomodating and efficient. Definitely go back again. The assistant manager. Name is Ali was outstanding and couldn't be more efficient and helpful. Always smiling Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
