Super cute restaurant with extremely friendly staff. Delicious breakfast and lunch. Highly recommended ??(Hint: Try the “pepper plant hot sauce”

Rustic. Romantic. Unplugged and peaceful. Biggest bang for your buck in Big Sur. Get a cabin with a deck on the river. You’ll have to make an actual phone call to reserve a cabin so you might as well ask for exactly what you want. This is not glamorous. You will not confuse it with Post Ranch Inn but trust me when I say if you want to experience Big Sur then this is where you want to stay.

Very cool little spot. Felt like traveling back in time. There are few amenities but what is there is well maintained. Great way to experience nature without actually camping!

The check in person is RUDE! Very RUDE! If you ask her any questions she will tell you answers are going to be in a book inside cabin. WiFi is only at cafe and gas station, not in cabin. So to use internet you stand outside cafe area. Queen bed for 180lb 2 people are not comfortable. They are sagging in. They need new mattress. Rest of the things are good for cabin. Fire the checkin lady, put WiFi in all cabins and update mattress in your cabin!
