Arby's - Big Rapids

Arby’s is a good place for a satisfying meal with friends or the family. The staff are very courteous and friendly and don’t mind a touch of humor, which, in my opinion, makes for a great time by all. I 10/10 would recommend!Parking: There is plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: Arby’s is a kid friendly environment.

It's always quite cool (one of my kids is always cold) inside this Arby's in the winter.

We went in side to eat we enjoyed the friendly staff and would not mind going back.

So been to this location few times. Been okay til last week.... Husband went through the drive thru. Said they were busy. By the time he arrived home, (only 5 minutes away), all our fries were ice cold and the good burgers were not even cooked all the way. I ended up throwing mine away. Very disappointed considering how much fast food costs now days. Not sure what's going on there, but it's gonna be a long time til we are back.

Curly fries could use some help lately but no complaint on anything else.
