Just ok food, but it takes an hour to get your food, they are super disorganized

The brisket sandwich was quite disappointing. It had too much fat, and they used a low-quality white bread. If you want to save some money, just go for a cheeseburger instead. As someone from Kansas City, I can confidently say this is not true BBQ. It's a shame that Bighorn management charges $13 for this.

Very unfriendly staff, it snowed heavily outside and went to the toilet room and maybe buy She's a hot coffee, but the hostess didn't even allow me to get in when I wasn't with them. Thanks for nothing!

I had a disappointing experience with the staff at this restaurant. It was snowing heavily outside, and I went in to use the restroom and possibly buy a hot coffee. However, the hostess didn't let me enter unless I was a customer. I felt quite unwelcome. Thanks for nothing!
