Mcdonald’s - Biel/Bienne

Absolutely unfriendly staff. The burgers are cold and the bun is already hard. So not fresh goods, but goods that have been lying around for a long time. When complaints are made, the staff becomes very unfriendly the little 'shift leader ' in particular urgently needs training on the topic of How do I deal with guest complaints . Recommendation: DO NOT go or drive!

Very bad service, the lady gave us an ice tea instead of a Cola Zero and when I pointed this out to her, there was no apology, she simply emptied the ice tea on the floor, the tables were all dirty and the man next to me had to leave the table clean alone! Sorry but no go

Despite frequent changes of visitors and a one-hour stay, I didn't see anyone planning to clean the tables. The tables were pretty dirty.

The entrance is poorly designed. Otherwise respectable Mc Donald without any other.

A McDonald's... tables too close and poorly arranged. The rest ok.
