Ein Stern weniger für den starken Fischgeruch, der uns vom Anfang bis zum Ende des Erlebnisses begleitet, auch ohne etwas zu essen (als ich nach Hause kam, sagte mir meine Tochter, dass du nach Oktopus riechst, Mama). Aufmerksamer und freundlicher Service.
Relativ schlechter Service, nicht gut informiert. Die Gerichte kamen größtenteils kalt an, die Preise sind teuer für die Portionen, die nicht qualitativ hochwertig und winzig sind. Schließlich wurde ein Teil des Gerichts vergessen … totale Enttäuschung.
The restaurant at the edge of the bieler old town is beautiful. the tower (de la tour) belonged to the medieval city wall and you can even eat in a tower room.The kitchen is Italian and belongs to the better what you can get in biel. my tagliata was the very first. the prices are a bit high, but the ambiente counts as well. the wine card should be a bit more detailed.
We were eating in the de la tour and after eating on the terrace we still grappa and espresso approved to a zigarette. Suddenly the whole staff stood around us and gave us to understand that they want to go to sleep now. my friend had a half-finished glass and asked if she could drink it. the chief replied, he wanted to go now. Incantevole ristorante, molto curato nei particolari, servizio cordiale ed efficiente, sono rimasta incantata dalla bellezza dei piatti, ma appena li assaggi, capisci la bravura degli chef , chi ama la cucina italiana non può non fermarsi qui . E poi gentilmente lo chef essendo io un po’ indecisa per un sorbetto mi ha fatto un cadeau, gentilissimo .
