Five Guys Burgers Fries - Biddeford

The food at this restaurant was good and hot. I had a bad experience with Grubhub in the past, as they overcharged me and the food was cold. However, ever since I started using DoorDash, I have been very happy with their service. The food is always on time, hot, and delicious. If there is a mistake with my order, they will replace or refund it, unlike Grubhub. Thank you to DoorDash for being a responsible and respectful business. The only thing that was missing from my order was the bacon, which my son loves. The milkshakes were delicious. I may have been overcharged for extra burgers, but overall the food was still good and hot. Thank you.

The regular fries cost $6.58 and there are only 18 fries in the serving. The burger was $12 and was severely overcooked. This is the second time today that both DoorDash and the restaurant have messed up my order. Avoid using this app or dining at this restaurant.

Whenever I order a milkshake, it never arrives, but I am still charged for it. The cost is also added to the tip and the overall total for the delivery fee.

Every single time i get food from you guys its amazing, even tho the bun is a bit soggy after being in the tinfoil so long but thats not your fault, just the way things work, keep it up 5 guys, i love your food and servis!!!!
