Little Bay Patisserie - Bicheno

I have no words to describe how incredibly talented is the pastry chef at this little gem of a cafe. I had two of their cakes today (apple cake and chocolate salted caramel tart) and oh boy... they were absolutely exquisite very possibly the best I've had in my five years in Australia. The last time I tried that quality patisserie was back in Lyon. Unfortunately, I resisted the temptation and didn't buy a croissant, which I now very much regret. I would happily drive all the way from Hobart just to try more! If that wasn't enough, the coffee is delicious and the owners utterly charming. I wish Little Bay Patisserie all the success it deserves <3

A most beautiful find. Thank you for making special times for us in Bicheno with your warm, friendly, super attentive service, consistently awesome coffee, and utterly exquisite treats. Everything is made with love, the atmosphere is one of true relaxation, and a beautiful book on houseboats to bury our noses in made our times here even dreamier : Oh and the monte carlos are the best in the whole wide world.
