If you like cheese a visit here is a must. Beautifully presented, full explanation of cheeses and in which order to eat them. The staff so friendly and helpful. This establishment is a little out of the way but definitely worth the find.

This gem of a place is tucked up out of the way of the main tourist places. I'd read on Trip Advisor that this was the number one eatery and it certain was the most loveliest experience. The menu is chalked on the blackboard on the wall, the staff were so freiendly and assisted with my poor translation! I had goats cheese on toast and it was huge. It was something I'll be talking about for years. Simple but delicious. My partner had cambers with walnuts, pears and honey - that to was scrumpious. I can't sell this place highly enough - warm and accomodating staff with the most delicious cheese dishes - I'm not a huge cheese eater, I am in this place! It seats 14 people maximum, it's clean, modest and well worth the wait if there is a queue. We went about 1:30pm we didn't have to queue. Two dishes served with green salad and two glasses of wine, 30 euros. Amazing! If you are in Bairritz find this place, it's not hard and you won't regret it! I can't wait to go back!
