Very pleasant reception this evening of October. the server is present and helpful without being invasive. the frame is pleasant, quiet, cozy, beautiful lighting. the map is succinct but sufficient and the original smoke concept. Nevertheless, I would nuance the painting by indicating that the quantities of the plate of the fumoir in particular for the tasteful elements typed octopus, gambas, lotte, holy jacques are almost ridiculous. In addition, it would be necessary to work on the accompaniments (the pickles were delicious but potatoes....functly.. and on the seasonings, for example, offering dips highlighting the smoke.
