My companion and I were introduced to this restaurant on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. and despite this late schedule, the reception was very warm and we were accepted. the room is very pleasant, tastefully decorated. the service is perfect, the friendliness not feigned. The meal was in all perfect points. a fresh and delicately spicy bar tartar, perfectly presented. The Basque bite, deposited on a purée is delicious: apple **** revisited with raw granny apple and behaved onion. We have chosen the same dishes but two different desserts: I have opted for a lost bread melt and its caramelized dry fruits (I still saliva) and my companion the generous enjoyles. the only flat was the temperature of the wine but since we arrived very late, we can imagine that the restaurateurs had not released the wine to room it. Moreover the waitress informed us of this little wine worries a little fresh and proposed to take the wine in pichet. We appreciated the fact that it does not grow to the consumption of the most expensive wine. the 37.5 of Saint emilion, once heated in glass was honorable. the waitress (who is the boss) took the time to talk to us with the concern to welcome us in her restaurant. we will return and recommend this institution to our knowledge because excellent value for money.
The reception is warm and efficient service. The map is rich .the veal head is a feast.The fish is also well worked. Extra final touch with delicious lost bread. We have to go.
Very nice atmosphere on Saturday night. Good food, modern, inventive. The corner isn't the best biarritz foliage, but sometimes it's worth taking the car.
