Żubrówka - Bialowieza

This place is one of the “fine restaurants” place in the city. I write it in quotes because compared to the western trips, it is not so expensive and they will still see people in shorts and children sitting on the table with phones, even though there are white cloth tables. we had the vegan stroganoff and pappardelle with vegan escape. both were delicious and savoury, but a bit expensive compared to Polish trips. Given the very limited vegan options in this city, I would say it is the best place we eat while it is.

It was delicious! it had caramelized wobbles, grilled vegetables, salad, tomato, vegan sauce and a vegan patty, with a side of fried sweet potatoes. the menu offered 4 vegan dishes, could fall by tonight and try something else
