The only good thing about this restaurant is its location within the hotel. Everything else is poorly maintained. The doors are jammed, the chairs are broken, and when asked to replace them, they shamelessly deny, claiming it is not possible at the moment. The food quality has deteriorated, and they have brought the wrong order twice. During my visit, the waiter disappeared after taking my order, resulting in a surprisingly high bill of 7000 rupees for a single day.

Service and personal. it has to work at war-foot level. eating is expensive but tasty but it takes too much time to be delivered

Poor quality rooms. Very bad bathrooms. Most of the stuff is broken. Never stay in this place. The wooden flooring is really old and dirty.

The Wind n Waves AC restaurant is located on Shyamala hills overlooking the beautiful Bada Talab. The location is truly awesome and somehow adds to the taste of your meals there.The seating capacity is not much if it's raining outside as the open ...front balcony seating is then unavailable. It is an M.P. Tourism hotel and offers a lovely panoramic view of the Talab to all diners there, as big glass walls flank the restaurant on the the lake side. Parking space is OK but if the Bar on a floor above gets full which mostly happens in winter evenings Car parking problem is experienced.The restaurant serves both Veg and Non Veg and the taste is Good almost always.

As per MPT tourism the standard provided is not what you get.As compared to last year the staff doesn't follow Covid guidelines.Have to literally beg for 15 mins to get the menu. Food is bad,oily and spicy.Also the return for investment is not what you...expect . Services and untrained staff is created a big dent to the brand.Only good thing is the lake view.
