Kid-friendliness: There was a mega connect 4 outside alone with some huge building blocks and corn hole out side on the patio.

This place is very cute and the staff is AMAZING- very nice and attentive. Unfortunately, my husband got food poisoning from the shrimp poboy. The food tasted good, but being sick on the flight home was horrible. Those of us that didn't eat shrimp were fine, so I'd say... maybe stay away from the shrimp if you eat here.

I was here with my bestest friend! Jessi, was the bartender/server. The first night we arrived, I was honestly amazed by the Monte Cristo sandwich on the menu. Wow so yummy!. The second night I visited, Jessi was my bartender/server. So friendly, welcoming. I had realized ten minutes after the restaurant was supposed to close at 9:30 for easter prep. People walked in late. They asked if the kitchen was closed, Jessi asked the kitchen and customers were accommodated. Jessi and the rest of the staff that helped her did a good job. Team work. It was a nice experience. Thank you Jessi.

Horrible experience. We stayed at the Best Western Grand, and went to the Gator's Den Sports Bar restaurant for dinner. The service was horrible, and the manager had an upset face and an arrogant and unwelcoming attitude. We were happy playing dominoes at our table, and were told we were making too much noise. We were offended by the tone and the fact that we were not noisy at all, and if sports bars are not for you to play, enjoy and have fun, what are they for? We decided to look for another hotel to extend our stay in Gainesville, because of the restaurant's poor experience. Hotel and restaurant's managers should choose their employees more carefully.
