Hotel R-square - Bhagsu

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The average price for the room is 1200, but for this amount, we were disappointed to find a small, smelly room with a view of the bed. The bed itself was dirty too. We asked to be moved to another room on the second floor, which was much more spacious and clean. They even loaded our TV with channels as we had requested. The price for this room was 1500, but it had a much better view. The WiFi worked well. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The location was good too. However, for the same budget, you can find much better hotels in Dharamshala. We requested a late check-out and were told it was fine and wouldn't be charged, but then we were billed 1000 rupees. On top of that, when we checked out, they forgot to deduct the 1000 rupees they had charged us earlier. Overall, it was an okay hotel, but there are definitely better options available for the same price range.
