Absolutely horrible service. The staff don’t know how to talk to people. We had to wait for our food for 40 minutes and when asked, the waiter was extremely rude and started arguing about the time. Then after some time, he came back to almost taunt us asking whether we need anything more and that we would complain more if he doesn’t ask. Whatever the food is, one goes to a hotel for an experience. Otherwise, there are 1000 places like this one as far as the food is concerned. Such unprofessional people, their behaviour and that smugness with they treat people; it’s just baffling that they have so many 5-star reviews. Not returning again for sure. Yesterday evening I ordered one chicken tikka masala for home parcel. When opened it was paneer masala. All my previous experiences were good . Packaging team to be careful
