La Comedie - Béziers

This cafe has big windows looking out onto an elegant boulevard with tall trees. The decor is colourfully antique. We had an excellent hot chocolate and delicious jasmine tea, served by a charming waitress called Ophelie. Our drinks were 3.60 euros each, so it's not...a cheap place, but with that style and building, it shouldn't be.

Probably not the cheapest place to eat or drink in Town but did have style and felt like you were actually in a French restaurant. Lots of historic photo's on the wall which gave it good ambiance. Not a burger man but having traveled a...long way that day, needed something simple, possibly the best burger I've ate in my lifetime. As per previous comment, watch the bill if you're on a tight budget, house wine was local and beautiful. Would eat there again if I'm in town... can't get over how expensive France is becoming compare to Spain

We stopped for lunch, but they had only a few things on the menu-more tapas than a meal.
