Flunch - Beynost

I haven't been to a Flunch for a long time and this is the first time I've been testing this one. We check your health pass at the entrance, a little cash for a Saturday noon, but the waiting stays reasonable. Not too long to be served. A little hard to find a place because the room was really crowded. This said I took a burgundy beef with rice and carrot and cream pears and a caramel cream. I was delighted by my dish the burgundy beef was really excellent, the tasteful and melting meat, the accompaniment also especially the cream pears. The dessert was good.
