Kfc Welling - Bexley

Don’t bother ordering take away delivery. Accepted order on Just Eat and we never saw it. Cancelled after 2 hours. KFC don’t answer the phone. Get your act together!

We order kfc from welling branch again half our order was missing!! Not the first or second or third time!!! I now fed up with the incompetents of this store they need to get there act together what is the point of ordering when then can't even get it right!!! Even though the bag had surposely had a check and sealed label on it!!!! This store seroiusley needs to get there act together!!!! I'm. Tired of haveing to complain!!! Really not impressed with this store its a shambles!!!! Sorry!!!

We ordered from here through just eat. Spend £37.47. Money was deducted straight away from my account, order placed and was going to be with us at 19:05, ok great. 19:05 came and went, I checked my just eat app and it said we are trying to find a driver, food will be with you at 19:15, ok fine not a problem. 1 hour and a half later, 3 phone calls to Just eat customer service and no food and only a part refund has gone into my account. First phone call to Just eat customer service resulted in being told my food was on the way, first lie. 20 mins later during my second phone call to customer service my app changed quickly from waiting for driver to delivered within seconds. Second lie, no food was delivered. Customer service then tried too call kfc many times, but no one bothered to answer the phone. Customer service rang me back and said all she can do is cancel my order and refund me minus my delivery fee and it will be in my account in 5-7 days. I replied this is unacceptable as my kids and myself (pregnant) have no dinner now and kfc/ just eat have taken my money and not provided any food. I was then told my full refund will be in my account within 10-15 mins. Guess what, only half the money went back into my account and I was charged £18 for cancelling. Hence the reason for the third phone call to just eat, resulting in a promise of the full refund but still, no full refund. I’ve learnt my lesson, I will never order from KFC in Welling again or use Just eat again and I urge you all to do the same!

I visited the KFC welling to order my food, what a shambles this RESTURANT has become allowing unruley school kids to use as a local meeting point vapeing shouting and being unruly I had to get out and leave with my food I could not stand it this is the second time first time school kids,climbing all over the tables shouting screaming. Which I report first time seems nothing has been done about this,very terrible that KFC welling management are allowing this to happen I will be reporting this to there head office this needs to be sorted out and stop allowing this RESTAURANT to be used as a meeting point for kids , you should be allowed to sit and eat your food and not have to put up with unruly school kids I will be reporting this to there head office and also I hope this review is read by KFC manager and act on this restutant because its become a shambles very terrible experience when it should not be !! SORT THIS RESTURANT OUT THE MANAGER NEEDS TO BE

Popped down to welling had to Pick a few things up. Decided To have a KFC how disappointed I was ! I walked in fancied a chicken Zinger tower there was no One at the counter serving . Then A young girl appeared from the back …! From the time that happened a gentleman With a child walked in and walked straight up to the counter … the server than proceeded to take the gentleman’s order .. i interrupted and told her that I and a young lady that was waiting Before him needed to be served first ! I would not have bothered Writing this review if it wasn’t For What Happened next was given My meal that consisted of Zinger tower burger and a small bucket Of barbecued chicken bites As I was biting into a chicken Bite I pulled out from my mouth A long black hair it turned my stomach I know this can happen And its unfortunate it happened To them today ! It was not until I told the girl at the counter Who subsequently seemed to be Very suspicious of my complaint I went and sat down and finished the zinger tower at that point I watched someone come from the kitchen and asked her what happened they both seemed to have Found it very funny !!! calling me from Across the shop floor she did offer a replacement Box of bites with a wave of a finger I refused !! I then got up Went to counter she offered no apologies nothing !!! No idea about customer service Hair in my food is why I’m writing Due care and attention there is none KFC always offers good fast food Not necessarily good service
